I wish negative stars was possible for a review. Since Covid started in 2019, my bill has TRIPLED. Same exact services, 300% mark-up. That goes quite a bit beyond the inflation rate seen just about anywhere else! That's not inflation, that's greed. Between the utility bill skyrocketing and the property taxes going up so quickly, people won't be able to afford to live in Anoka without a six-figure income. I'm moving next summer and I can't wait!
I have never in my life struggled so hard to give an extremely poorly run company, money. Truthfully impossible to get ahold of anyone if you work a normal schedule. Because they work the same schedule. The website is terrible also you can’t get to the right bill pay though the website because it takes to to the wrong bill pay for their shop. The phone call never gets someone unless you take time from work to make it happen. It’s embarrassing for a company to think this customer service and payment method is an acceptable wa... read more
