I have my recycling though them because I have to. They refuse to pick up my recycling, it’s not overfilled, there’s no trash in there, I tried putting it on either side of the driveway and even in the center. Not sure what I have to do for them to pick up. Luckily I rarely have recyclables so it’s just a few boxes

I wish negative stars was possible for a review. Since Covid started in 2019, my bill has TRIPLED. Same exact services, 300% mark-up. That goes quite a bit beyond the inflation rate seen just about anywhere else! That's not inflation, that's greed. Between the utility bill skyrocketing and the property taxes going up so quickly, people won't be able to afford to live in Anoka without a six-figure income. I'm moving next summer and I can't wait!

I have never in my life struggled so hard to give an extremely poorly run company, money. Truthfully impossible to get ahold of anyone if you work a normal schedule. Because they work the same schedule. The website is terrible also you can’t get to the right bill pay though the website because it takes to to the wrong bill pay for their shop.
