My first experience was wonderful with Kiki. I let her know I really wanted alot of my hair cut off to get rid of a lot of fairy knots and split ends to get my hair back healthy so that my afro could be back fabulous. My biggest concern was how my hair was going to manipulated during the wash and shampoo since I have a tight curl pattern. There were no worries to be had at all. Kiki was extra gentle, no ripping.
