They are extremely unprofessional. They do not return phone calls. My mother has been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week and no one has gotten back to her, nor gotten her prescription refilled. Now she is out of medication. I would not suggest anyone to use this facility.

I agree...the service is absolutely the worst service ever. Poor response time, poor customer service, poor patient care, poor billing process, horrible telephone and voice messaging system. Very big disappointment and would not recommend anyone to associate themself to this health care provider (if) you have any medical concerns.
When I got there no else was there, so I was the only one waiting to see the doctor. YEAH!!!! Was out by 3:30 and my appointment was at 3.
