I called Mr. Reginald Jones at around 8AM to schedule an appointment. I expected he would be available at a later date, but he was able to come at 10AM the same day. I was stunned, a master electrician providing same day service has been absolutely unheard of in my previous experiences with service providers. Mr. Jones proved to be the consummate professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. We had a problem with an electrical appliance in our home. We called Reggie and he responded quickly. He arrived the next day on time and quickly found the problem and fixed it efficiently. His fee was very reasonable. We will call him again.
