I had an appointment at 1pm that I scheduled a day prior with Kim I get to the shop no one is here and they looked closed, cool I’m 5 minutes early so I think they’re probably running late or something complete fine I texted them to let them know I was at the shop no response I called them 3 times no answer left a voicemail no call back this place is so unprofessional why schedule an appointment and not show up at all

They were initially very courteous and providing good customer service when I was setting up the appointment. However, the day of the appointment no one showed up. I called and texted the provided number, to say (after waiting 25 minutes) that i was going to leave soon, and just received the response "okay". All of this was very surprising as there was such great initial customer service.
