Customer service is a 12/10! I ordered flowers for a loved one and LaShonda was amazing to work with. She's so nice and made a gorgeous arrangement (she shared a pic before they were delivered). At the last minute, I asked to change the delivery address and she was super flexible and understanding. It's so nice doing business with friendly folks. I'll definitely order flowers here, again!
I needed to have flowers delivered to my friend in Jackson, but I live out of state, so I had to rely on Google to help me find the perfect florist for the job. And Ms. Lashonda is IT! I gave her an idea of what I was looking for, and she made it happen. And quickly! I also loved that she sent me an email with a picture of the arrangement before delivery to ensure that I was happy with my order. Excellent customer service and an exceptional florist!
