The chiropractic care was good. I paid for a program and could not complete the program. Could hardky walk. Had back surgery. There is over $300 left on my account. I’ve called to get a refund on money not used. No one answers the phone. I’ve sent a letter. Nothing. I lost money with them. Can’t reach them. Can’t get a refund on what is left on my account.

I have been going to Anodyne in Allen since March 2022 and I’ll be a lifelong client! I didn’t really “believe” that chiropractic care would help my chronic back pain but I was desperate at the time. I couldn’t stand up straight I was in so much pain. The staff were friendly, they reviewed the options with me, I never felt pressured to do something or pay extra for a certain treatment. I had an excellent experience with Anodyne of Allen. J.D. and Stephanie are thoroughly professional, kind, and punctual. Dr. Bridgett made the medical evaluations and injections such a breeze. And Dr. Christiansen was so easy to work with for adjustments and rehab. The entire operation is incredibly efficient while also being fully patient-oriented.
