I cannot rate this practice highly enough, specifically Dr. Shelby Linstrom. I've only worked with her for a couple months, but the difference in the level of care and proficiency between Dr. L and my previous therapists is MARKED. Dr. L specialises in trauma and is trained in EMDR therapy, which is what I am doing, and I am constantly shocked at how good she is at her job. She pulled things out of me in 2 sessions that my previous therapist didn't even scratch the surface of in nearly a year. Highly recommend!
When I went to schedule an appointment the first thing they spoke to me about was money and how much they were getting and how much I had to pay, not really something someone wants to hear when they’re trying to better their mental health. Additionally, I contacted them in early June and the EARLIEST they could get me in was August. At that point, just tell me that you aren’t accepting new clients so I can look somewhere else.
