I've been working with AMS for the last 3 years they are so knowledgable, their staff is super responsive, and they have a great system for agents and financial consultants like myself to use. We're sad that our rep had retired but are very grateful that the team they have has been very supportive and responsive to our agencies needs. Called AMS Solutions back to inquire why they called (it was in reference to an ex-family member) and I happen to have gotten a very angry northern woman who was obviously not happy to be at work on a Monday morning. I asked a simple question and she would not stop fussing at me telling me there were 3000 employees and she didn’t know who I needed to talk to.
