I have not been much on going to the doctor until I made a appointment with Dr. Terkonda and i immediately felt that she cared and listen to my concerns. Her team is great and all super nice. I have been seeing her for a few years now and she is helping me get my health back on track. If you are looking for a great Doctor look no further! Thank you Dr. Terkonda and staff !
I have been a patient of Dr. TerKonda for nearly 2 years after relocating from Florida. She listens to me and understood how very hard it was for me to relocate. I don't know what I would do without her expertise and kindness at 89 years old. I love her medical assistant as well, who is also very kind and caring.
I really like the detail that she provides in her care to the patient. The staff I think is horrible at handling the needs of the patient, like refills, communication as to when the refill has been sent or called in. You can never talk to someone in the office, you have to go thru the message center.This may be a St Luke’s problem. For the staff, I give them 1.5 Stars, but Dr Terkonda gets 5 Stars
Never on time for appointments, getting refills through the exchange from the pharmacy is a joke! When Dr. Galli was there I never had these issues, heck if David was running behind they would ALWAYS let you know. This practice is a joke and I would urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere! Subpar service and they could care less about the preservation of your time!
