My mom went to 5 shops across Northeast Ohio trying to find a wig that made her feel human while she goes through chemo. Everywhere she went, sales people were INCREDIBLY insensitive, pushy, disinterested, unknowledgeable, and/or overpriced. That's what we learned to expect from this endeavor. i recently purchased a wig from Ann's when I was diagnosed with cancer. I recently started my chemo and tried on the wig I purchased and really wanted something else. Called and asked if I could exchange and maybe add to the purchase. As I did not feel comfortable with this wig. The wig was not worn and still have the tags attached.
