WARNING!! Don't buy from Ann's Spc flooring. I have had interactions with Tony, who supplied and installed poor-quality flooring. After I reported the damage, he informed me that he would replace the flooring in October/November 2024. However, I haven't gotten a response to date, and he has made numerous false promises. I have an email from him confirming the replacement, but now he does not pick up my phone calls and never responds to my emails.

WARNING!! do not use this flooring, or this supplier. We had 120m2 installed on a new build, installed exactly as per the installation manual (even with more expansion room than specified) yet over 18 months it has expanded over the width of the planks, cupping up at the joints, and in the worst areas cracking the joints. I have had 2 flooring specialists in to look at this and they have both viewed it as an issue with the flooring, no issues with the installation or the floor prep etc. No support or backup or warranty from ... read more
