Worse client services very unprofessional. Had a pedicure polish is uneven. Workers are laughing and talking about clients. Will never return.
Clean and modern. Good job. Don't expect undivided attention though. Staff can't take their eyes off their phones or converse.
Took my mother there to do her nails. I am very disappointed in the service that she received. Her nails were rushed because the nail technician that was doing them said “she had a dentist appointment at 3 and had to leave” .. why take a client if you know you don’t have ample time to deliver the quality of service that they are paying for. Her nails look horrendous!!! I would never recommend this establishment if this is the quality of customer service offered..
One star cause I can’t give zero stars! I will never go back I went today and got a pedicure and it’s horrible my feet look the same as when I went in he didn’t scrub no dead skin nothing off & the polish job is so uneven. Not worth the price.
Everyone is wonderful but Jennifer is the reason I won’t go anywhere else. She takes the time to make sure my manicure is perfect! I wish I could give 10 stars!
