Not sure what the other review is on about, Ann always has great pricing, anyone should understand over the phone quotes are never set in stone. She will always make it right if you are not happy.
She told me over phone it would be 75$ to cover up blonde at the end of my hair to match my roots(brown) then she not only charged me 95$ for it all but it came out solid black very upset with the service
