Good atmosphere family friendly. I and Reba had an outing with pup pup an stopped in. I had veal parm and Reba had a meatball sandwich. Also took out a small pizza. All the food was delicious. Real veal cutlet was spoton. They were very busy.
I ordered an enjoyed an excellent pizza from Ann's, but what really made my visit exceptional was waiting for my to-go order in the quaint bar. The bartender provided the perfect service and conversation, introducing me to others at the bar. He didn't know me before, but because I was traveling alone, he welcomed me like a regular. He recommended a terrific Italian white wine and then poured me a little extra too. A memorable and fabulous experience all the way around.
Their breaded mushrooms and calamari were the best I’ve ever had. Their veal parmesan was rather gristly, chewie and the worst I’ve ever had. Also, their sodas are either generic brand and/or watered down. It really took away from the meal. The atmosphere was very nice but loud as most Italian restaurants are. If I came back, it would be for the appetizers.
