This place might only be suitable for seniors with thin hair (no offense to seniors) or at least that's what she likes. If you have normal full hair, she would complain about taking up too much of her time even if it's her who started late on me because the customer before me took 10 to 15 minutes of my time slot. Very poor time management! She schedules half an hour for all hair cuts continuously without any minute of cushion time in between. I’m incredibly frustrated that our 2nd experience here was just as awful as the first. Both times I called and made an apt for my son and my husband at 4:30 and 5pm. The first time, they claimed I made only one apt. I thought maybe it was an honest mistake. This time I made sure to confirm and repeat the time several times. When we went for the apt, again she claimed it was an earlier time. Ann cuts my hair exactly the way I like it, she’s kind and she’s not pretentious like these other salons.
