So disappointed in my experience today. Anne’s Flowers has long been the go to florist for my family and friends. Went into the shop today preparing to purchase a coffin floral arrangement for my mum’s funeral and was served by someone (who I believe to be the owner) with little to no customer service or advice. Given I was already distressed, the server seemed disengaged, apathetic and rude plus unresponsive to what I considered to be simple questions.
