I've consistently had a wonderful experience with Judy and the team at Ann's Flowers. The quality and freshness of their arrangements are always exceptional, and their service is always warm and professional. I’m so glad to connect with a local florist I can trust.
So disappointed in my experience today. Anne’s Flowers has long been the go to florist for my family and friends. Went into the shop today preparing to purchase a coffin floral arrangement for my mum’s funeral and was served by someone (who I believe to be the owner) with little to no customer service or advice. Headed in to obtain a quote but I felt customer service was not as good as expected (esp after i have read other Google reviews and had higher expectation). The owner was not friendly and sarcastic in her remarks to my queries. It wasn’t a great experience for me given I am new to shopping around for a wedding bouquet and flower arrangement.
