We can customize a cleaning service to fit your cleaning needs. I am insured as well. For residential homes we use an all natural multi purpose cleaner called Thieves with an essential oil base. I am so pleased with Ann’s Cleaning Service. I rate it 5*****. Ann and Matt work together so professionally and efficiently so that every detail is covered. Our home looks clean and smells fresh. I used Ann's Cleaning Service for the first time last week. They were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. My house smelled wonderful when they were done! I recommend them and will be using them again for my routine cleaning service!
If I could give Ann's crew 10 stars, I gladly would. Her and her crew are friendly, trustworthy, prompt, and even text to remind their arrival the day prior. I work and go to school. My wife works 2 jobs. When we are off, the last thing we want to do is to clean our house! Ann's Cleaning Service is very flexible! Used to be a good business. We used them for 8 months without much issues. They have become unreliable the last several months. They increased rates 17% to hire "quality staff". Then they cancelled the next cleaning, one day before, because of a lack of staff. Then they just never showed up for the next cleaning. It took me 4 text messages, 2 calls, 1 email, and a Facebook message to get a response that said they were downsizing because they don't have staff. That was AFTER the second missed cleaning.
