The woman who did my procedure was very helpful and explained every step of the process before she started and was very helpful with questions about other procedures. I had a procedure done almost a month ago. It was supposed to (and always has at other dermatologists) work in a few days and they keep telling me to wait a few more weeks. They did that last year when I asked. Guess what? No answer or no results.
