Poor Quality Work Matches Personality of Owners – I was appalled at the work performed at my neighbors house by Annis and Dreyer Construction. Did not meet deadlines and the overall quality reminds me of the expression "chainsaw carpenter". Very disappointing for my neighbor. They are the quiet type and just want the experience over with.
