very thoughtful trainers who clearly love what they do. the gym is so easy to visit and super clean. why didn’t i come here sooner!!!!
A great option as opposed to other chain style gyms! Made the switch and I love it! Has everything you need from free weights to multiple squat racks and benches, cable pull machines and cardio equipment. Very nice owners too!
I began my journey with Annino strength and conditioning gym when they opened in 2017. I had been training with Deb Annino previously, and was excited to join her in their new one! I was only interested in the classes and avoided the “intimidating” room with all the lifting equipment, and thought I would NEVER do that! I love this gym. I go to the 8:15am and 8:45am exercise classes. About 75% of the time I show up exactly for the class, and the remaining 25% of the time I show up a different time of the day but am still able to do the class (due to the way the gym structures and posts the classes). This flexibility is amazing. I love going during the actual class, and I also love going before or after and doing the workout on my own. I have been training with Cody since October 2022. I started with the goal of improving my mental health and strengthening my back. At the time, I hated gyms, even crying in the parking lot, scared to go in.
