The owner of the company, Annika hasn’t been paying me full fir the services I did for her. I worked with the company for over 2 years, got paid this year (no penalty/interest) charged for the services done in 2022. She deducted significant amount of $ from the invoices I sent saying it’s because I’ve submitted them late. Annika and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for me and my mom on my wedding ceremony and reception days. Annika listened to my wants and needs, and was able to come up with a look that suited me, even though I never wear makeup. Booking Annika for my wedding day was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Annika has such a high level of detail and expertise. Her talent is beyond belief! Annika made my hair and makeup dreams come true. Not only that, she is so kind and extremely helpful with no matter what questions I had (I had a lot!), and never made me feel like a burden. Annika did a wonderful job for my bridal trial and wedding day. She was super easy to work with and offered suggestions and tips to make sure I looked my best. Honestly, I’m still surprised with how beautiful I looked on my wedding day. I do wish that my extensions matched my curl pattern a bit better and that the body shimmer used on the day of matched my skin tone but I looked amazing nonetheless. Overall, Annika did an amazing job. She made me and my MOH look beautiful.

EDIT: Because Annika has chosen to prove her immaturity and attack me as a person (which I did not do in my review, I only explained my side of the service I didn't receive - my original review is attached as a screenshot), I want to follow up that at no point did I laugh at or about her or her services of the HMU industry. I did awkwardly laugh a few times to break tension because she came into the phone-call hot instead of calmly answering my questions and easing my mind.
