I have been to Annie's a few times for massages with no major complaints but I just had one this week on my birthday and I always let them know that I want to stay face down on my stomach and not turn over and they've never had a problem with that until this massage when they said that it would cost an extra $10! What??? Why does it cost an extra $10 just to stay face down?? Also the music keep going in and out which was distracting to me and the room was cold.
