This place was extremely unprofessional. To start the massage therapist did not cover me properly and touch me in appropriately multiple times. The massage became rushed and strokes were aggressive. I booked a 1 hour massage but it was only 40minutes. I told them I am not paying for a hour. They took my ID which is illegal in the state of South Carolina. My boyfriend & I were gifted a couples massage- my first massage ever! The massage was good but I was uncomfortable with the ‘swapping’ of therapists mid appointment (since I was lying there unclothed) not to mention the therapists techniques are different. I felt that I could’ve avoided reiterating the parts of my body I wanted to avoid during the session had the therapist not swapped (my second therapist began to massage an area I had previously stated I wanted to avoid). Annies spa ia my favorite weekend self love/ treat for myself that I always look forward to. I work hard, have chronic pain and love seeing Vicky or Jennie for instant pain relief and reset time. Vicky is great if you prefer deeper pressure and work on targeted pain areas. Jennie is great if you prefer a softer, more relaxing full body massage.
I called to schedule an appointment but it would be nice if the person answering the phone you could understand!! Moving on to next place!
