Wonderful experience! They were very nice and helpful in helping my daughter find a dress and they had a variety of colors and styles in. They didn’t try to rush her into a decision and let her try the dresses she wanted to see. We will definitely be back!!
Selection was mid, which is fine. Was so disappoint at the lack of enthusiasm and expertise. My sister (the bride) was so uncomfortable because the manager/owner/?? seemed like she rather would have been home then have to clip my sister into another dress.
This place is awful.Very rude customer service,talking about your potential customers is very unprofessional.I am shocked you have any business at all.On a scale of 1 to 10..it's a negative -10.Never again ....
If it were possible to leave 0 stars then I would. So I’m getting married in August of this year. I came in for my appointment at 2:30pm. There were two older women running the front desk and they were so rude! When I say rude I mean rude, rolling their eyes every time I picked a dress I liked. They constantly kept trying to get me to try on dresses that were literally half my size. ( I’m a plus size girlie) I wear a size xl in most dresses.
