Excellent Temporary Nanny Service! – I have used Annie's Nannies several times to find child care for an evening out, or for the day when my child needs to stay home from school. They are always very professional, prompt, and send great nannies! We like the nannies so much, we have requested the same ones again. I definitely think it is worth using Annie's, even if you just need an evening out and want reliable, competent child care.
Superstar Nannies and Great Service from this Agency – We've used the on-call nanny service several times and my children still won't stop talking about how great their sitters have been. If you want to know your kids are safe and happy while you're gone, definitely give Annie's Nannies a call!
Great Customer Service – I love Annie's Nannies. They have been nothing but helpful in helping us find our last 3 nannies/personal assistants. Terrible customer service-rip off – This agency has horrible service and false advertising. I hired them to find us temporary nanny and then paid a $2500 fee to keep her as a long term nanny. The nanny was terrific, but when the nanny became pregnant and had to leave after 5mo they did not offer any refund or discount. They will not even honor the backup care placement they list on the website.
