Worst haircut ever. She was in a rush and cut way more than I asked for, then tried to convince me that was I asked for. My hair was past my waist and now it’s not even past my elbows I only asked for 3 inches. All my ends are split because her blade was dull so I need to get a trim and have it even shorter. It took me years to grow my hair im disappointed she ruined it like this. I asked for a refund and she still would not admit her mistake and hung on up me in the middle of the call.
