Ordered a plant to be delivered to the funeral home 4 days before funeral and it was never delivered! I called and messaged them for an explanation, but did not get a call or reply to message. I did get a refund email but no reason and no apology! I will not order anything else from this business!

We called to order flowers for a customer of ours for a friend there and the lady that answered the phone told me they were closed and not delivering because someone there had tested positive for the virus. I called my customer and let her know, on her friends birthday she called and wished her a happy birthday and told her she had tried to send flowers but was told that Annie's Flowerhouse and Gifts was closed.
