I was so excited to go try on some dresses at Annie’s. But the day before my appointment the lady called me and asked for my budget. I told her $400. So she said, “so you must be looking for something really plain.” And I said that I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a dress from her at my appointment but I wanted to try on different styles. She then said that I was using her services and she canceled my appointment. Over all she was very rude and unprofessional

Super friendly to start with. Had an OK selection of dresses, but it is my opinion that only one "type" of bride was focused on #goskinnygirl. Trying to get my deposit back though has been super difficult and customer service has definitely taken a back seat. Oh well not everyone can have compasion....
