This salon charges for every ounce of product they use. Which is totally normal, however they charge 5 times what other places charge. I will never be back. My stylist was great, but my hair was going to cost $485. That’s outrageous. This is Hamilton not downtown Toronto. I’ve never paid that much for salon services. Toner costs $15 at cosmoprof. They charge $75 for it. For a 2 min application. Absolute robbery.

I am so incredibly disappointed with the service, or rather lack thereof, from Annie's Beauty Bar. I am home for the holidays and wanted to have my brows done before I fly back to London. My usual place didn't have any openings but after some searching online, Annie's had some openings for the 24th - yippee!! I recieved my confirmation email and text from Fresha, and paid the $40 non-refundable deposit, so I assumed everything was fine. Visited for the first time yesterday and was super excited for a new look. 5 hours and $300 later the only noticeable difference are my roots. The highlights were not at all what I requested, not noticeable and not at all what I like. When I realized a different colour was being used I was told repeatedly I had been told they could not get the colour I was asking for. I came in not knowing fully what I wanted, but Liqaa worked with me, and gave me exactly what I was hoping for! My hair looks so much better (and feels so much healthier!). She did an amazing job and I will be returning. Very professional and friendly. An overall great experience. Would recommend!

On November 19, 2024, I visited Annie's Beauty Bar in Hamilton to get my hair done before my corporate Christmas party. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. <b>First Impressions:</b> My stylist, Melissa, appeared unkempt and unprofessional.
