Bought an $800 sofa and was told I should “consign” my current sofa, plus slip cover. My sofa was sold in late June. After repeated calls and visits to the store, I still have not received my money. The owner refuses to return my calls and messages. Employee keeps saying I will receive my check in two weeks. Employee verified this is a common practice with this business.
