We recently moved to the area. Had sort of an emergency... new puppy's new jacket was too tight on the neck, needed a piece of velcro extended immediately due to the cold weather, and no other options readily available. Peg and Megan took care of us a soon as we walked in. Puppy explored as alteration was done - if a puppy feels comfortable, tells you a lot.
