I have been trying to refinance with a different company, because anniemac is the absolute worst! It took them 8 months to return a check for my roofer. They put a forebearance on my loan without my knowledge. They refused! Refused! To get my paperwork needed because of their negligence in a timely manner. And since they were so outrageously lazy with my account, they want to turn around and charge me more then my monthly payment in interest in order for me to close with my new company. Working with Jeffery and the whole team was wonderful. Anytime I had a question that needed answered it was provided quickly. The whole expierience was great and put my mind at ease. I was able to get a great rate and get the loan done quickly.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a refinance or mortgage.
