Worst experience I have ever had. I was set to close and 6 days before(fri) I mailed Veronica Menchaca to see when a notary was coming out since I had not heard yet. She responded by the following Monday by adding Chadwick Pennywell. NO response until the day of closing stating he would call me in a few hours. The next day I heard nothing.
