I have never sold a home before, it was a very emotional process for me but Annie was very patient and understanding. She even dealt with my ex for me and handled all the paperwork for his portion of things. For closing she arranged for a notary to come to my job for me to sign paperwork, which was so helpful! I just wish we had been more aggressive with my asking price but happy it's all over with. Hope I don't have to move any time soon but I would definitely use Annie again!
