My two children see two different therapists here and we cannot say anything but great things about our experience here. I cannot speak to any of the reviews about a said therapist that just left (which all the negative reviews seem to be about), but the staff we’ve interacted with for the last 2 years has been quit pleasant, professional and kind. My children love seeing their therapists and we will continue to be supportive clients of theirs for the foreseeable future
Would stay far away. I had this whole thing written up but not even worth the time. Other bad reviews in line with my experience
A wonderful place with a great vibe! Everyone is so nice and communicative! I feel like they really care about me and my family. I hace been seeing Dr. Annie for several years and feel like I am so much further along in my "recovery" than I ever have been! I want to thank everyone there for helping us! I recommend them to EVERYONE!
DON'T GO HERE. Failed commitments and horrible communication. I talked to multiple therapists and the admin at this practice, and they dropped the ball on two occasions. Dr. Annie sounds good when you talk to her; and she sounds like she practices for the right reasons, to help other people. But they fail to meet those commitments as a practice. Don't waste your time. Find another therapist. Find another office. Don't make the same mistake we did.
I have read the reviews here and know what therapist most of the negative reviews are about and she was battling some personal issues and sometimes these things happen. Miss Addy was one of my child’s therapists and was amazing but is no longer with the group. My oldest (16) sees Miss Agnes and she works DBT with her and has been amazing. I see Miss Kim and absolutely adore her. Her and I work through past trauma with coping skills and trying to ‘rewire’ my nervous systems responses.
