I think the biggest mistake was we ordered food for pick up after 9:00 when they close at 10. We don’t normally do that. We ordered two 10 piece chicken wings, one medium, one hot. The wings were hard as if they were fried twice. One of the wings had a ton of feathers on them. They had good flavor and I realized it was late and thought initially that I would be willing to give them another try since I would be moving to this area and drove 10 miles to get there…but I wouldn’t go this late. I love this place! They need some airconditiong, haha but the food is good enough to overlook the humid atmosphere! Love the meatball sub sandwich! And I also like that they sell pizza by the slice!
Horrible customer service!!! I had an issue with a pizza I ordered there because it was over cooked, you could clearly see because the cheese on top was brown. I spoke with the owner "bobby" and the heavy set cashier , I think her name was kaitlyn or something but they refused to make a new pizza. I had to go to the extent to file a dispute with my cc company. They really lost a good customer. They never even acknowledged the fact of the pizza. Rude employees.
the best – we have been ordering from annies for over 5years. the pizza is great. and the kids like the zepolies
Great Food All The Time – My office is within walking distance from Annie's and we order from them at least once a week. The pizza slices are so big that a few of us order the two slices and a soda, and have the 2nd slice at home for dinner. The guys love that the portions are so big. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!
Food was average. – The pizza was average. Nothing Spectacular. The mushrooms are canned, not fresh, and the cheese was hard.
Food is good. Delivery is terrible. – The subs and Pizza is better than average. The delivery is horrible. 3 out of 4 times it took 2 hours or more to get the food delivered and the people taking the orders routinely lie about the delivery times and make up excuses. "we lost the ticket" seems to be a favorite. I give up on Annies.
Excellent everything! – The pizza is amazing, cheese slides right off! Everything is overstuffed and larger than life. Best Chicken Cesar Salad I have ever had!
Best Slices and Sandwiches – The slices are the biggest I've ever had! The pizza is amazing. The sandwiches are very good, and so are the buffalo wings. The food there is delicious!
