There was no staff available, but they still wanted the money so brought in their little girl to do a hair massage. I obviously didn’t know she was not a staff, thus the work was very unprofessional. I ended up losing a lot of my hair because of the tugging and pulling of hair in the name of a massage. The place was very very dirty and smelly.
