i’ve been here about 5 times and everytime they do exactly what i want, i walk out a happy customer. i stopped going to my other nail salon after the first appointment with Annie Nails&Beauty Plus
Booked online 48 hours before, found out I had a meeting that conflicted, called them to change and got an email confirming the appointment with a specific nail tech. When I got there, I was told the nail tech didn’t come in and I was asked to reschedule. I totally understand things happen, but would have loved to know before I got there and took time off of work to go to my appointment. I still stand by the work I have received there in the past but this really bothered me.
