Made an appointment five days prior to go in for a Dip Manicure yesterday. I drove in for my 5:20pm where I was greeted with awkwardness, when I mentioned I had an appointment they told me to take a seat, two minute later the girl came over and said oh the girl who does dip isn’t here today, maybe I should do gel. I went here recently for a gel manicure and was very disappointed. I went earlier in the summer for a different service and had a good experience, so I was expecting the same this time around. The technician was rude, aggressive, and just overall did a terrible job with the manicure. I left with the edges of my nails rough and uneven, and there were different numbers of coats of polish on each nail (some had 2 coats, while others had 3). Worst service ever. I booked an appointment, arrived on time but technician left after 10 min to deal with 2 walkins no explanation, just left. After an hour and 15 min I had to leave with barely started mani and un finished pedi. I generally spend $400 mo on these services so your loss. Good luck. I will yelp.
