Kids had been going here since birth. Hadn’t been for a few years because of good health. Was told they had been taken off the books and were not taking new patients.a little weird .What happened to the local practice that was part of the fabric of the community. This place doesn’t care that is for sure.
I was a patient of the practice for over 20 years with multiple visits including for more serious health issues. My health has been good so I haven’t been to the practice for about 3 years. I called to book for a consultation and was told that because I had not been to the practice in the last 2 years, they would not accept a booking from me as I was regarded as a new patient. What a joke and abysmal given my long term support of the practice. Truly disgraceful.
I rang and made an appointment at this clinic in mid April for mid May. More than 3 weeks later, shortly before the appointment, I was rung and told that it was cancelled, as the clinic wasn't accepting new patients. It was suggested in a matter of fact way that I try again next month. That came as a shock, as I had discussed this issue when the appointment was first made and then confirmed by email. I hope that no one else has an experience like this. PS: I found a really good clinic in Kingston, very happy with them.
I started attending this clinic in 2019 when my daughter was born. I’ve been there multiple times but there are two occasions when different doctors, Dr Bailey and Dr Clifford, have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They were different situations but I really appreciated both instances. Not only are they good doctors but nice and kind people, and a credit to the practice.
First clinic in Australia I visited and all the personnel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A shoutout to the receptionists and nurses who took care of getting my overseas vaccination records recognized with the AIR—no small feat!
