I rang and made an appointment at this clinic in mid April for mid May. More than 3 weeks later, shortly before the appointment, I was rung and told that it was cancelled, as the clinic wasn't accepting new patients. It was suggested in a matter of fact way that I try again next month. That came as a shock, as I had discussed this issue when the appointment was first made and then confirmed by email. I hope that no one else has an experience like this. PS: I found a really good clinic in Kingston, very happy with them.

I started attending this clinic in 2019 when my daughter was born. I’ve been there multiple times but there are two occasions when different doctors, Dr Bailey and Dr Clifford, have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They were different situations but I really appreciated both instances. Not only are they good doctors but nice and kind people, and a credit to the practice.

First clinic in Australia I visited and all the personnel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A shoutout to the receptionists and nurses who took care of getting my overseas vaccination records recognized with the AIR—no small feat!

I have no grips with the Drs at the practice they are all wonderfull. ON THE OTHER HAND THE RECEPTION STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, ABRUPT AND MOST UNPLEASANT. THEY ARE DOING A MAJOR DISSERVICE TO THE PRACTICE. HAVE NO DESIRE TO GO BACK AND, WONT AS THIS IS MY REGULAR DR LAST WEEK, IF THE RECEPTION STAFF AREN’T CHANGE. ANNIE YOUR PRACTICE IS GOING DOWN HILL WITH THOSE STAFF WHO ARE HAPPY TO BE ABUSIVE AFTER THEY HAVE LEFT YOU ON HOLD FOR 10+ MINUTES WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ANY LONGER. Dr Lin is a professional and caring doctor with friendly and gentle manner. He is very knowledgable and patient. Highly recommended.
