Absolutely AMAZING service. Chayse and Madison are wonderful. I went in so nervous, this kind of thing is very out of my comfort zone. They made me feel so comfortable, such kind and patient people! They seem to genuinely care about making sure I feel beautiful on my wedding day. Not to mention the very affordable prices on stunning, unique dresses of every size and style. 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking for the perfect dress <3
What a wonderful hidden gem of a bridal shop! A friend told me about this place when I was ready to buy a dress for my daughter. I am so grateful to her! This place is amazing! The shop was open only for my daughter and the people with us. We were greeted warmly by Chayse and Madison and explained how the shop works. All of these beautiful new designer gowns are $1500 or less! We were allowed to browse the store, and we all were able to give input on what we would like to see the bride try. I love what Annie Lane provides in affordable dresses and a beautiful shop to experience it all! I was a little disappointed in the dress options when I went. While I understand that off the rack dresses can be a toss up and it depends when you go in, there wasn't really anything that made me excited in my size. Our consultant was incredibly sweet but not very knowledgeable. She wasn't able to answer many of my questions and it took a very long time to get each dress put on.
Madison was so sweet and truly made the experience exciting! She was bubbly and made the day super comfortable/ relaxing. I said yes to the dress and she was the biggest hype-woman! Everyone needs a Madison
