Dr. Lam is very professional and knowledgeable in her medical field. She is always courteous and takes time with you answering questions you may have and going over all of your medicines and records. When I have to call in for a refill it is done that day or the next morning depending on time I call it in. The staff are always nice and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a doctor with her experience.

Disappointing experience with office staff as a new patient. My appointment had been booked since early August 2023 and they called 2 days before my appointment to re-schedule to push out to November. No call for 2 whole months. This practice is overbooked but still trying to take more appointments. Im put back to square one with looking for another provider.
