Best doctor I have ever worked with. Very thorough and cares about her patients.
She the best doctor I’ve ever seen!!! She just knows how to treat her patients and the way she talks to you shows how much she cares and takes her time with you
Disappointing experience with office staff as a new patient. My appointment had been booked since early August 2023 and they called 2 days before my appointment to re-schedule to push out to November. No call for 2 whole months. This practice is overbooked but still trying to take more appointments. Im put back to square one with looking for another provider.
She is an excellent doctor. She is not like other doctors so quick and fast to see their patients. So easy and comfortable to talk to as doctor, patients concerns. Very details and patiently listens to her patients. I like her very much as my doctor. Staff are also easy and nice. Polite, professional and with smile on their faces. 100% Commended as Best Doctor in Fort Worth, Texas.
From the receptionist ladies to Brittany who took me back and took my vitals, etc… I had such a great experience. Dr. Lam was also amazing, very thorough and made me feel heard. I appreciate the time she took to actually understand what I was going through and Brittany was also very thorough and caring. I just booked my husbands new PCP with this office and team because of the experience we had. Will 100% refer them to everyone I know in the area.
