Horrible service I had an appointment scheduled in order to receive approval for my medication which I have been out of for 3 weeks and the same day of my appointment she canceled knowing that my need to see my primary care physician was urgent. I got to the office and that is where i found out she canceled. I tried to see another doctor within the Kaiser network and there where know available appointments until 2 weeks from now.
