Joe just completed the installation of an awning saver to our new van without giving us a price, that’s how much we trusted him and his product. This is our 2nd van Joe has added his touch to and will not be the last addition.
Graeme and I had Joe fit an annexe to our first caravan. We were very impressed with his prompt and efficient service and quality product. We have just upgraded to a slightly bigger caravan and Joe is retro fitting the annexe to the new van. He also performed a Leak Test on the new van and repaired the imperfections that he found. We highly recommend Annexe Solutions.
Can't recommend Annex Solutions enough. Joe is a dream to work with; knowledgeable, polite, professional. From initial enquiry to delivery of full annex in 2 weeks. Good quality custom made annex that is easy to install and fits perfectly. We will be having our awning replaced in the New Year and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We will definitely recommend Joe to our family and friends to use.
Nothing but issues from day one. Measured when van was parked on angled road so nothing fits and need to airbag to Max to come close. Missing stud button, no instructions on how to setup. Told to follow youtube video but it doesn't apply to my awning. Holes in barrel bit drilled at full extention of awning. Sail track coming off side of van after using awning once. Porch Velcro is where the clamp is so can't get it closed. How you can pay 4.5k for some canvas and not be shown how to set it up is beyond me.
