I have been a customer of Annex Auto Repair since I was 18 and now I’m 48. It’s been 30 years and nothing but the best service, quality, craftsmanship and customer service of any mechanic shop I have ever been to. There’s no work done without permission. They don’t upsell you for anything like corporate businesses do. Their hourly rates are still below the dealership rates and most other garages. The lady Dawn in the office is one of the sweetest ladies to deal with and if you want to get on her good side, she love Groot.
Took them a minute, but that's to be expected on an 18 year old engine. They got the car running like new, Timing Belt, Waterpump and front end work. (Shocks/struts, bushings) got rid of all the squeaks, clunks and rattles.
I recently started bringing my car here and have had a great experience so far with no complaints. The work is always done in a timely manner, and they are honest and upfront about what my vehicle actually needs. Jimmy Jr. and Jim are both fantastic—very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with.
