Annette went above and beyond what was expected when I came in today. When I originally called, she was fully booked and unable to fit me in, but called back as soon as she had a cancellation, which she could’ve chosen to go home after that cancellation! All I had done was have my grown out acrylics removed, and let me say Annette is the most gentle, sweet, professional woman I’ve ever gone to! Annette was very friendly, kind and very professional. I had dipping powder nails removed. She cleaned my nails after removing, reshaped my original nails and polished. Exceptional service.
I called and she was very disrespectful.. for no reason
