I went in there yesterday to buy not one, but a few purses and the help was just horrible, and the way the merchandise was displayed was awful. Had purses that probably were pawned or sold in better condition, and the way they are just thrown into a pile, or over loaded hung on hooks was very damaging. And then the soft leather purses were over stuffed and damaged the purses by stretching it to the limit. Redeemed a pawned item for a relative. First gentleman that helped me was very nice but the second guy that told me the ticket was not signed was rude and a jerk. Very poor customer service.
