This place claims to have cameras in the room where they have their orientations upstairs from the shipping and recieving room. This place is now called AAK and is full of liers and hourly theives they hire out from temp agencies contractors and claim we cannot have camera's because of the homeland security yet they have them. this to me is a double standard and lied about one of the contractors saying they did something that never happened and was aproched by someone employed their when no one spoke to them about the greven... read more

I bought a KGB deal voucher for $22 for a "1.5 hour deluxe mani-pedi. She was booked up so I wasn't able to use the voucher during it's valid dates. KGB refused to refund, so she nicely agreed to accept my voucher late. I went for my appointment and she was running 15 minutes late. I brought my own supplies (non-toxic polish & remover), which she complained the remover didn't work quickly enough and would cut into my time (no other salon has had any problem). I have been with Annette for eleven years and honestly she is the best nail tech ever!! I have gone to some other places and they don't even do half of what Annette does. She is smart with her job and her suite is the best of the best! She does everything from gels to acrylic and she does polish also! She also has the cheapest prices around. All my life I've been visiting piano stores. I've purchased several pianos - even a couple of brand new Steinway grands. PianoCraft is a store for discriminating piano purchaser - like visiting Savile Row in London for a suit, these folks do incredible rebuilding and customizing of pianos. This is a store for people who are professionals and very particular amateurs. In the end, I replaced a nearly new Steinway grand with a rebuilt customized Steinway from PianoCraft. I have a been a client of Annette's for close to 20 years. The only time I've ever seen anyone else was when she was on maternity leave and it was awful! I have never found anyone with the attention to detail and quality of work that Annette has. Her prices are VERY reasonable. She is personable and professional and is probably the best person I know when it comes to quality customer service. I travel a lot for work and she is very accomodating when I have to reschedule. Super clean and super quality. Annette takes great care to make sure her clients have the best experience - quiet and comfortable surroundings; meticulous nail care; efficient and on time service; reasonably priced. Better service than a spa! I have been a regular client for years and would not think of going elsewhere.
