This lady works with Cathy at Chico Sierra Real Estate, they run a scam on students by inflating the cleaning charges to way beyond reasonable. We cleaned the apartment and Cathy claims Annette charge of $350.00 to clean was the cost, if so she is getting ripped off!

Like another reviewer, this review is based on her driving. The tan color van with this business's logo and contact info on the windows almost slammed into my car on Hwy 99 in Chico this morning. The driver was in the fast lane tailgating a truck and swerved into my lane without signaling. If I hadn't slammed on my brakes and honked, it would have been a bad car accident. I do not support businesses that interact with their community in this manner.
I’ve never used her services. This review is based on her driving. I was driving behind her the other day and we were at a red light. As the light stayed red she continued to let her foot off her brake and then put it back on inching her closer to the car in front her she did it a good 5 times (while the light was still red). Twice she flaked on me for an estimate. Neither time did she call to say she wouldn't make it. The first time I called her an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment time and she said she went home sick. That's fine. I get being sick. But it takes less than 30 seconds to call and say you need to reschedule. The second scheduled appointment I used my lunch break to meet her. She didn't call on that one either.
