I have completed 5 days of panchakarma at Chandra Ayurveda and I feel so much better than when I started the home prep (which for me was 4 weeks before the in-clinic visits). This is the 6th time I have done PK. My eyes are straining a lot less to see, and I am not nearly as bothered by glare. My well-being has really increased. My meditation is better. Annette is very knowledgeable and professional. The abhyanga treatment I received was pure bliss, from the warm oil prepared for my specific dosha to Annette's healing hands! I highly recommend seeing Annette. She is patient, understanding, offers the most genuine support. I have suffered from IBS / SIBO symptoms and no ome has ever been able to come close to helping me heal. Annette was very patient with me and my body and offered so much comforting support and wisdom about getting to the root of the problem.
